Safety instructions during the rally

The rally is a dynamic, exciting and rapid discipline of motorsports, but it is also sufficiently dangerous. Therefore, we asked the Latvian rally master, multiple Latvian Rally Champion - Andis Neikšāns - to tell the basic logic and explain DOs and DONTs of the rally spectating.
