Jari Ketomaa is one of the most experienced Rally Liepāja-Ventspils participants and the Champion of Finland with impressive WRC experience. In the World Rally Championship Ketomaa regularly started in two set-offs — in 2008 he started in the PWRC and in 2010 in the SWRC. In the PWRC he took bronze, but in the SWRC he remained one step behind the pedestal of honor in the total valuation of the season. In 2012 the Finnish pilot started already with the WRC car and showed the best result in the Neste Oil Rally Finland, where he took the 8^th place, moreover in one of the stages he was absolutely the fastest pilot. Jari Ketomaa has also comparatively rich Latvian rally experience – for the first time Ketomaa arrived in Latvia in 2007 and won the closing race of the season Latvia 2007. Since then he has started another three times in Latvia, but has not managed to repeat the first achievement.
