Mayor of Liepāja Uldis Sesks (driver) and Mayor of Ventspils Aivars Lembergs (co-driver) finishes the rally in a colourful tandem. While Uldis Sesks is a life long rally driver himself and drove the full distance of the rally as "0" crew, this is the first time for Aivars Lembergs at the co-driver's place, who took the duties only for the final super special stage.
