The entry list of Rally Liepāja-Ventspils, the second round of the FIA European Rally Championship (ERC), has been updated with powerful entrants in group S2000.

New applications received from Latvia, Lithuania and Hungary - entry form received from the well-known Latvian crew Raimonds Kisiels/Arnis Ronis, who will start the rally with "MINI JCW RRC" - WRC car, tailored to RRC regulations so to allow the start in ERC.

Hungarian crew Janos Puškadi/Barna Godors has also made an official entry. Puškadi, has made an appearance in 12 rallies of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, with the best overall finish achieved in 2012, when he finish "Rally Islas Canarias - El Corte Inglés" in 7th place. The crew will line up their "Škoda Fabia S2000" for the start of the "Rally Liepāja-Ventspils".
The third newcomer to the ERC are Lithuanians Edwin Rudaitis/Edvinas Pagirskas, who will start with "Ford Fiesta" of R2 group.
Overall, "Rally Liepāja-Ventspils" has so far 24 crews signed up for the ERC challenge, while the Latvian Rally Championship, whos first two stages will take place during "Rally Liepaja-Ventspils", has received entries of 22 crews. The submission of entry forms closes on Tuesday, January 15, 1800 hours (EET).
